Jo Malone London is a British lifestyle brand known for its unique fragrance portfolio and luxury bath, body and home products. Jo Malone London continues to inspire a loyal following.
I was commissioned to work on the redesign of the website, updating and refreshing the website's user interface and experience, establishing the design system, as well as the visual design concept.

Working with the design director and the UX team, the brief was to design a working e-commerce website based on the pitch document, supplied wireframes and the site map. I worked on a few user journeys for the redesign, making conversions as seamless and as easy as possible with the help of design thinking.
Idea & objectives
This was an example of a "buy online and pick up in-store" journey. We devised a journey to simplify access to the store locator, using a location finder and a map; they could select it there or alternatively, the search would find the store closest to them.
